Employees should pay attention to the comments on their evaluation.  You have the right to question any concerns that are written.  Do not wait until the last minute to voice your concerns with any written comments.  You the employee have the right to request all notes that were used to complete your evaluation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you did not get a mid-term review, new negative comments should be included in the final review. Know them.
